Hampton Inn Spokane Airport

I appreciated the friendly front desk staff who helped me with my check-in and were very professional. The breakfast options were good and offered a nice variety, which I enjoyed . The located area felt quiet and secluded despite the initial confusion in accessing the freeway.

I found the access to the area confusing, with a lack of clear signage. The comforters used were difficult to manage and impacted my sleep quality.

The staff at breakfast were extremely friendly and helpful. Observed excellent communication between staff and young children!

Some noise from above guests was a little loud

The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a fairly nice area, near to a less than private getaway and the airport and Spokane. The breakfast was satisfactory, plus the location was marvellous. The service was excellent. On the plus side, there was parking onsite.

The bathroom was old.

For a road weary traveler it is a bit difficult to find once off the freeway. Better signage would be most helpful.

We got a phone call while in our room for some other person. The front desk should have known this other person was not in the room.

The location was great for exploring Spokane. Units with king beds.

The staff was helpful with my airport shuttle, made everything so much less stressful! The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but overall, it was a great experience 😊

Very friendly staff & very quiet room

Bathroom kind of had a weird smell.

Loved how the pool, hot tub and exercise room was open 24 hours a day. Breakfast staff was always happy. Rotation of hot food and cleaned up after guests. Beds were very comfortable. If I am ever in Spokane again I hope to stay here.

I enjoyed the beautiful and clean room, the amazing breakfast with plenty of choices, and the 24-hour hot tub access. I would definitely return here again!

The staff were very helpful. Great location and the breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The staff during the happy hour and dinner were very friendly and did a great job!

The beds were too hard. I prefer a softer cushion.
